Hone your cookery skills and learn how to create a classic British dish with our Beef Wellington Masterclass at Heddon Street Kitchen, plus have a guest join you for lunch.
Don your apron and learn how to create this delicious showstopper, crafted with the finest beef fillet and seasonal produce, in our five-hour experience, including the masterclass and meal afterwards.
Starting at 11am, guests are welcomed by the team before prepping their ingredients. Next you will prepare the duxelle, beef, crepes and pastry, before scoring and cooking your Wellington. Once in the oven, you'll sit down as a class with a selection of sharing starters and glass of bubbles before your cooked Wellys are presented and carved at the table with a selection of sides. Finish your experience with a signature dessert, whilst you’re given a masterclass certificate to take home with you.
Please note this experience also includes a lunch guest (4-courses and glass of fizz). Lunch guests will not take part in the masterclass and should arrive at 1.45pm.
