Replenish your body, try something new, or kick start the year with these vegan dishes, available throughout January.
Starters include a cauliflower soup with chestnuts; caramelised onion, oyster mushroom and red chicory flatbread; or a superfood salad with avocado, kale, cucumber and nuts.
Our special plant-based mains include our hit Beet Wellington, a vegan take on our signature dish served with wild mushrooms and vegan gravy; a classic green kale rigatoni with walnut pesto, cavolo nero and olives; or spelt risotto with sautéed wild mushrooms, hazelnuts and crispy shallots.
For dessert don’t miss the ultimate vegan take on Gordon's classic sticky toffee pudding, with pear and pecan sauce. Try a decadent twist with tofu chocolate truffle torte with orange and pistachio, or finish your meal on a lighter note with refreshing pineapple and passionfruit carpaccio.
