Start your experience with Jerusalem artichokes soup with toasted hazelnuts, our superfood salad served with avocado, kale, cucumber and nuts or roasted Portobello, kale, red onion and tomato chutney.
For mains enjoy rigatoni, pumpkin, pine nuts and crispy sage, grilled celeriac served with wild mushrooms, hazelnuts and puffed quinoa or soba noodles with grilled tofu, watercress, red cabbage and ponzu dressing.
