Celebrate London Cocktail Week With Our Recipes

With London Cocktail Week kicking off on 2 October, our bartenders have been hard at work creating new and exciting cocktails for you to try. Head to the bar at participating restaurants, or gather your friends and play bartender for the night with our recipes below.

Last Wish
Ingredients:
50ml Grey Goose vodka
25ml fresh lemon juice
20ml violet liqueur
Foam of raspberry, rose and toasted sesame
Method:
1. Pour first three ingredients into shaker over ice.
2. Shake vigorously until ice cold.
3. Strain into coup glass.
4. Top with raspberry, rose and toasted sesame foam.

Spicy Autumn
Ingredients:
35ml Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum
20ml Martini Bianco
15ml lemon juice
Top up with homemade spicy apple soda
Method:
1. Pour first three ingredients into shaker over ice.
2. Shake for 1 minute.
3. Strain into high ball glass over ice.
4. Top with homemade spicy apple soda.
Homemade spicy apple soda:
Ingredients:
1 kg of apples without skin
600ml water
300g sugar
50g Christmas spice mix
150g lemon juice
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large pot.
2. Cook together until apples are soft and falling apart.
3. Cool down for 24 hours.
4. Bottle in a soda siphon.

Peas & Lovage
Ingredients:
35ml Grey Goose vodka
15ml Lemon juice
10ml Lovage Cordial
5ml Green Chartreuse
15ml Garden Pea syrup
dash of absinthe
Garnished with edible flowers and peas
Method:
1. Pour all ingredients into shaker over ice.
2. Shake vigorously until ice cold.
3. Double-strain into coup glass and serve straight up.
Garden Pea Syrup:
Ingredients:
100g of garden peas
300g sugar
200ml water
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients together until the consistency of a syrup.
2. Strain through muslin cloth.

Watermelon Julep
Ingredients:
50ml Grey Goose Citron
15ml Aperol
60ml Watermelon juice
10ml lime juice
15ml sugar
5 mint leaves
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a shaker over ice.
2. Shake for 1 minute.
3. Strain and pour over crushed ice into a sling glass.
4. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
