Join us as we celebrate welfare-friendly English rose veal, taking a nose-to-tail approach with the meat we source directly from pioneering Lake District farmers the Barracloughs.
In addition to the expertly cooked prime cuts you expect of maze Grill, we’ll be preparing tasty treats such as smoked veal marrowbone, devilled sweetbreads and an equally devilish veal and pistachio pork pie.
To complete the package, you’ll enjoy cocktails and canapés on arrival and a sumptuous tres leches, Latin America’s light and fluffy ‘three milks cake’, for dessert.
