During the fourth week of May, Petrus is celebrating Belgravia in Bloom with a special set lunch menu that champions flowers.
Begin with hibiscus paired with summer rhubarb, pink peppercorns and foie gras, before moving on to a course of Herdwick lamb, young garlic, Jersey royal potatoes, ewes milk cheese and wild garlic flowers. Finish on a dessert of floral English rose, gariguette strawberries, crème fraiche, and sweet cicely.
