Easter at Pétrus
Spending Easter in London? The Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsay restaurant Pétrus, has a superb celebratory menu planned for Easter Sunday.
Start with a selection of delicate canapés to begin before moving onto a spring inspired wild garlic velouté and onion brioche.
Rabbit ravioli is a favourite at this time of year and we’ll serve a ravioli of rabbit and pancetta with tarragon and mustard velouté, followed by the exquisite roasted rack of Herdwick lamb, accented with soubise and seasonal artichoke.
End your meal with a pre-dessert and an irresistible Yorkshire rhubarb trifle topped with smooth vanilla ice cream.
