Easter at Pétrus
If you're celebrating Easter in London, then the Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsay restaurant Pétrus, has a superb celebratory menu planned for Easter Sunday.
Start with an amuse bouche before moving onto perfectly roasted Orkney scallop with egg sabayon, kombu and Alsace bacon.
Chalk stream trout is a favourite at this time of year and we’ll serve it with spring vegetables and lemon thyme velouté, followed by exquisite Herdwick lamb, with asparagus, morels, wild garlic and lamb jus.
End your meal with an irresistible chocolate dessert with tonka bean, buckwheat, and dulce de leche.
