- 40ml green tea infused Williams GB gin
- 35ml yellow grapefruit juice
- 10ml lemon juice
- 10ml kummel
- 15ml ginger syrup
- Egg white
- Sichuan pepper and poppy seeds rim
- Combine liquid ingredients into a drinks shaker and shake until evenly mixed.
- Ground together the sichuan pepper and poppy seeds.
- Dip the rim of the serving glass into the ground pepper and poppy seeds.
- Pour drink into serving glass and serve.
