  1. Pre heat oven to 200°C.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk and sugar.
  3. Arrange sliced Christmas pudding in an oven-proof dish.
  4. Pour over the egg custard mix.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until egg custard mix is completely set.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
