Classic Negroni
Ingredients
- 30ml gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml red vermouth
- 1 slice of orange
- Ice cubes
Cooking instructions
- Add a handful of ice to a jug or mixing glass
- Add the gin, Campari and vermouth in equal parts
- Stir gently for 5-10 seconds
- Add 2-3 large ice cubes into a tumbler and strain your Negroni mix into the glass
- Garnish with a slice of orange
- Enjoy!
