Ingredients

For Bloody Mary Mix:
Makes approx. 500ml

2 Shallots finely diced
15 Olives
75ml lemon juice
75ml orange juice
50ml honey
35ml Tabasco
150ml Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper

For one Michelada:

50ml HSK Bloody Mary Mix
1/2 Pint Sambrooks Pale Ale
Dash lime juice

Serve in salt rimmed tankard

Cooking instructions

For Bloody Mary Mix:

Blend all ingredients together.

For Michelada:

Combine Bloody Mary Mix and Sambrooks Pale Ale in the salt rimmed tankard.
Add lime juice to taste.
