Ingredients
- 40ml yellow Chartreuse
- 80ml tomato juice
- Dash of sugar
- Dash of celery salt
Cooking instructions
- In a highball glass, add a handful of ice cubes
- Add ingredients to the glass and mix
- Garnish with caramelised lemon wheel, celery and a cucumber ribbon
