Truffle Gin Martini
Ingredients
Makes 1
- 50 ml Cambridge Truffle Gin
- 10 ml Noilly Prat
- 1 orange twist
- 3 thin slices of truffle
Cooking instructions
- Add Noilly Prat and gin into mixing glass
- Stir well and strain into chilled martini glass
- Squeeze oil from orange twist and discard
- Garnish with thin slices of truffle
