Truffle Sour Cocktail
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 35ml Finlandia vodka
- 15ml Amaro Montenegro
- 5ml truffle oil
- 15ml lemon
- 15ml sugar
- 10ml egg white
- black truffle, for shaving
Cooking instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake for approximately 1 minute
- Add ice and shake for 30 seconds to cool the drink
- Double strain into a coupette glass
- Garnish with grated black truffle
