Ingredients: lemon thyme sprig; Grey Goose Vodka; Lemon Juice; Sugar syrup; spiced apple juice

Ingredients

50ml Grey Goose
2 sprigs lemon thyme
50ml spiced apple juice
15ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup

Cooking instructions

For the accompanying spiced apple juice glass

Shake together the spiced apple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Strain twice and pour into rock glass with cubed ice.

For the Grey Goose poison bottle

Infuse 2 sprigs of lemon thyme with one bottle of Grey Goose. Soak at approximately 40°C for 3-4 hours.
Pour into the 'poison bottle' and tie with ribbon to rock glass.
