Learn to make a Savoy Grill classic
Hone your cooking skills with a Chef's Masterclass at Gordon Ramsay’s iconic restaurant, the Savoy Grill. Running on selected Saturdays, Executive Head Chef Ben Waugh and his team will host a three-hour cookery masterclass, where you will learn to craft Gordon's signature dish - Beef Wellington.
Starting at 9.30am, meet the team and enjoy a tour of the kitchen before donning your apron for professional tuition in the Savoy Grill’s kitchen. With tuition from our world-class chefs, you'll learn how to make Beef Wellington, from preparing the beautiful beef fillet to learning pastry skills.
At 12.30pm, you will swap the pass for the dining table, as you sit down for a stunning 3-course lunch of iconic Savoy dishes, including your Wellington as the main course, complemented by a Savoy Grill wine pairing.
Not only will you learn from the best and enjoy the fruits of your labour during lunch, you will also receive a Savoy Grill gift bag complete with an apron and recipe takeaway. Whether you consider yourself a seasoned cook or a culinary beginner, this is an amazing opportunity to experience the excitement of a Gordon Ramsay kitchen in one of London's most historic dining institutions.
The Savoy Grill Beef Wellington Masterclass and 3-course lunch with a glass of wine per course (including a glass of bubbles) is priced at £250 per person. If you’d like to bring a guest along for lunch, a dining-only option is available for an additional £125 per person, including wine.
