Exciting menu fuses Italian & Asian cuisines for a one-off supper club event.
Italy meets Asia at an exclusive dinner at Union Street Cafe. Held on Tuesday 30 April in the s beautiful subterranean 'Olive Grove', this supper club style dinner will see lucky guests enjoying 4 extraordinary courses alongside a Japanese twist on a traditional aperitivo cocktail.
Inspired by recent trips with @WhereIsMyChef - a Gordon Ramsay Restaurants platform that enables our chefs to seek culinary inspiration through travel and first hand experiences with our global network of suppliers - the bespoke menu marries elements of Italian and Asian cuisines, with fusion dishes including burrata with wasabi salsa verde and taggiasche olives, tofu & feta agnolotti, seared line caught mackerel with Iberico tomato and wild garlic, Vietnamese pigs head Carbonara, and wood-fired asparagus with soy roast pumpkin seeds & shisonnaise. Desserts will include white chocolate tofu, Ferrero cremaux and cacao nibs, as well as yuzu sorbet with dry salted capers, sweet olives & honey.
Bookable between 7pm and 10pm, diners will take a seat in the Mediterranean surrounds of the Olive Grove as the Italian and Asian-inspired courses are served by Davide and his team on the night.
