Starters include a spiced squash and red lentil soup with coconut and almonds; a heritage beetroot salad served with orange, shallots and chicory, or crispy buffalo cauliflower with avocado ranch. 

Our special plant-based mains include our hit Beet Wellingtona vegan take on our signature dish served with wild mushrooms and vegan gravy,; breaded aubergine with quinoa tabbouleh and hummus dressing; or a classic green kale rigatoni with walnut pesto, cavolo nero and olives. 

For dessert don’t miss the ultimate vegan take on Gordon's classic sticky toffee pudding, with pear and pecan sauce. Or why not try pears poached in red wine with a coconut toffee sauce, or a vegan chocolate mousse?
