This is what feasting 59 floors high looks like.

Seafood snacks set the tone, followed by starters – Steak & Veal Tartare, Heirloom Tomatoes Burrata – rich in colour and flavour. Then, the main event: a 300-day grain-finished Miguel Vergara Bone-in Ribeye, executed with the confidence of a kitchen at its best, served with a supporting cast of worthy sides.

Save room for dessert – Mixed Berry Pavlova and just-one-more Sticky Toffee Madeleines are the delectable curtain call.
