For mains enjoy wild mushroom and truffle risotto or charred aubergine, toasted pine nuts, pesto and tomato sauce pizza.
For dessert don’t miss Gordon’s ‘Ultimate Fit Food’ inspired chocolate avocado and almond mousse, banana sundae served with walnuts and maple syrup or pineapple carpaccio.
