Black Friday Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Black Friday vouchers refer to those purchased between 12.00 on Thursday 22 November and 23.59 on Monday 26 November 2018 from the Black Friday Weekend promotion page (https://www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com/gifts-and-experiences/black-friday), with a 25% discount from their regular purchase price.
  2. Black Friday vouchers will be redeemable for their full original purchase value as displayed on the website.
  3. Vouchers purchased as part of the Black Friday Weekend promotion are valid and redeemable between 2 January and 28 February (excluding 14 February – Valentine’s Day) 2019 only. The validity period of Black Friday vouchers cannot, under any circumstances, be extended or altered to a different period.
  4. Please note that Black Friday vouchers are not valid on Valentine’s Day, 14 February 2019.
  5. Black Friday vouchers can be identified by a BF18 prefix within the individual voucher code e.g BF18-xxxx-xxxxx, and are labelled as 'Black Friday Gifts' in each individual product page.
  6. All Black Friday vouchers are to be redeemed in UK Restaurants only.
  7. All postage of Black Friday vouchers is to UK addresses only. Please allow 3-5 days for standard Royal Mail postage during the Black Friday voucher sales period.
  8. To redeem a Black Friday voucher, a booking must be made in advance, directly with the restaurant.
  9. Reservations are subject to availability. Please call the restaurant as per the contact details on the website, or alternatively book your table online, providing your voucher code at the time of your booking. Purchase of a Black Friday voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.
  10. Black Friday vouchers must be presented (printed or smartphone) by the bearer on arrival at the relevant restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.
  11. Black Friday vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Gordon Ramsay Group Restaurants in the UK. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash.
  12. Black Friday vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
  13. Black Friday vouchers purchased for Experiences can be exchanged for the Experience detailed on the voucher or for goods and services up to the value of that experience. Items ordered in addition to the experience and discretionary service charges / gratuities are not included in the price of vouchers and are payable on the day.
  14. Black Friday vouchers cannot be exchanged between restaurants.
  15. Black Friday vouchers for masterclass experiences (i.e. cocktail or cooking masterclasses) are only valid with a booking and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking. Specific masterclass dates and times are stipulated on the voucher where appropriate and are subject to availability.
  16. Black Friday vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
  17. Experience Vouchers, where applicable, include a £2 cover charge. Service charges apply, as per point 13.
  18. The Black Friday offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other gifts & experiences promotion including corporate gifting (Buy 10, receive 1 complimentary voucher). The corporate gifting offer applies to full price gifts & experiences vouchers only.
  19. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where Black Friday vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
  20. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

  23. For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from the Gordon Ramsay Group website (www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com) and include meal and masterclass experience vouchers.
  24. Full regular voucher Terms & Conditions also apply to Black Friday voucher purchases, as listed below.

VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All Gordon Ramsay Restaurants vouchers are to be redeemed in UK Restaurants only.
  2. All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only. 
  3. All vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 10 month validity period.
  4. All vouchers must be booked in advance.
  5. Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year's Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. Please ask when booking.
  6. Vouchers used on set menus available during promotional periods such as the festive season or sporting tournaments may be subject to a supplement. Please ask when booking.
  7. Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.

  21. Experience vouchers do not include drinks, wine pairings, additional dishes or service charge, unless otherwise stated. Additional items will be payable on the day. Please ensure you bring your voucher with you, printed or via your smartphone, to present to the restaurant teams on the day.

  

REFUND POLICY

Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, please return them to us within seven days of receipt and we will provide a full refund.

To request a refund, please call +44(0)20 7592 7954 to report the problem and then post the vouchers to Gordon Ramsay Vouchers, Willoughby House, 439 Richmond Road, Twickenham TW1 2AG.

The refund would be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the postage and packaging.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guest cancellations of meal experiences and monetary voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of that restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee.  Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.

Experience vouchers cancelled by customers less than 4 weeks before a booked experience day shall be forfeited with no right to refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event a booked experience day is cancelled by the company the experience voucher shall remain valid and the company will make every endeavour to rebook the experience day at a mutually convenient time within the next 12 months.  Where a booking cannot be re-arranged the experience voucher can be used in exchange for goods and services up to the face value of the voucher at a Gordon Ramsay Group Restaurant in the UK (subject to voucher expiry and reservation at the restaurant).

The company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation and experience day vouchers that are no rebooked or exchanges for goods and service shall be forfeited.

RESTAURANT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Maze:

It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for 13+ guests with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of maze to charge £40.00 per person for lunch or £60.00 per person for dinner to your card.

 

Savoy Grill:

It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for 5+ guests with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of Savoy Grill to charge £40.00 per person for lunch or £60.00 per person for dinner to your card.

 

Maze Grill Mayfair:

It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for parties over 8 guests with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of maze Grill to charge £25.00 per person for lunch or £40.00 per person for dinner to your card. 

 

Maze Grill Park Walk:

It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for parties of 9+ (or 5+ Fridays and Saturdays) with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of maze Grill to charge £25.00 per person for lunch or £40.00 per person for dinner to your card.

 

Maze Grill Royal Hospital Road:

It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for parties of 9+ (or 5+ Fridays and Saturdays) with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of maze Grill to charge £25.00 per person for lunch or £40.00 per person for dinner to your card.

 

RGR:

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay requests a credit card number to hold this reservation.

It is our booking procedure to secure the booking with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay to charge £100.00 per person for lunch (£150.00 on Saturdays) or £150.00 per person for dinner to your card.

Dress code

At the request of our guests, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay has a smart dress code - jacket preferred, shirt with a collar required for gentlemen, no t-shirts, shorts, sportswear, sneakers or trainers of any kind.

 

Petrus:

Petrus requests a credit card number to hold this reservation. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of Petrus to charge £50.00 per person for lunch or £100.00 per person for dinner to your card.

 

The Narrow:

It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for parties greater than 12 with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of The Narrow to charge £25.00 per person for lunch or £40.00 dinner to your card.

 

Heddon Street Kitchen:

It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for parties greater than 12 with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of Heddon Street Kitchen to charge £25.00 per person for lunch or £40.00 for dinner to your card.

 

Union Street Café:

It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for 13+ guests with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of Union Street Cafe to charge £25.00 per person for lunch or £40 for dinner to your card. For reservations on Sundays a cancellation charge of £25 will be applied groups of 6 or more.

 

Union Street Café – Olive Grove:

Bookings 8+ need to be secured with CC details and cancellation fee is £15pp within 48 hours. Please also note, only bar nibbles and drinks are served at the Union Street Bar.

 

York & Albany:

It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for groups 13+ with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of York and Albany to charge £35.00 per person for lunch or  £40.00 for dinner to your card.

 

Plane Food:

It is our booking procedure to secure bookings for 13+ guests with credit card details. In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part by you, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice it will be at the discretion of Plane Food to charge £15.00 per person for lunch or dinner to your card.

 

Maze Kitchen Table:

The maze Kitchen Table requests a credit card number to hold this booking.

Bookings are subject to the restaurant's cancellation policy.

You will be able to cancel this booking without incurring a charge up to 7 days prior to your requested reservation time. Please contact the restaurant with any questions regarding cancellation fees.

 

Petrus Kitchen Table:

The Petrus - Kitchen Table requests a credit card number to hold this booking.

Bookings are subject to the restaurant's cancellation policy.

You will be able to cancel this booking without incurring a charge up to 7 days prior to your requested reservation time. Please contact the restaurant with any questions regarding cancellation fees.

 

Savoy Kitchen Table:

The Savoy Grill - Kitchen Table requests a credit card number to hold this booking.

Maze Grill Mayfair Butcher’s Block:

The Butcher’s Block at Maze Grill Mayfair requests a credit card number to hold this booking.

Bookings are subject to the restaurant's cancellation policy.

London House and The Secret Garden at London House:

We understand that plans occasionally change and we would request as a matter of courtesy that you contact us on 020 7592 8545 or via email at londonhouse@gordonramsay.com to inform us.

Our reception team will reconfirm your reservation by telephone or email two days prior to your reservation date.

Please note that tables not confirmed by 12 noon on the day of the booking may be released.
