RESTAURANT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note we are complying with all Government guidelines and we ask that our guests do the same. Visit gordonramsayrestaurants.com/COVID-19 for our full policy. We ask that all guests arrive at the time of their reservation and note that last orders are at 10pm - guests must depart by 11pm according to Government guidelines.

All payment card details are held, and any deposit or cancellation fees will be processed, by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd who acts on behalf of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. For full details of Stripe’s policy please visit https://stripe.com/gb/privacy

 

Restaurant Gordon Ramsay:

In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of £100 per person for lunch (£150 on Saturdays) or £150 per person for dinner would be charged to the card.

Please note for the Festive period, from 1 December and 9 January at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, a cancellation fee of £150.00 will apply to all bookings. For more information please contact the restaurant directly

Bookings of 5+ require card details to confirm your reservation.

Black Friday Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Black Friday vouchers refer to those purchased between 00.01 on Friday 27 November and 23.59 on Monday 30 November from the Black Friday promotion page (https://www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com/gifts-and-experiences/black-friday), or purchased during the Black Friday ‘Deal of the Day’ promotion between 09.00 on Friday 20 and 09.00 on Friday 27 November from the Deal of the Day promotion page (https://www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com/gifts-and-experiences/deal-of-the-day), with a 25% discount from their regular purchase price.
  2. Black Friday vouchers will be redeemable for their full original purchase value as displayed on the website.
  3. Vouchers purchased as part of the Black Friday promotion are valid and redeemable between 2 January and 31 August 2021 (excluding 13-14 February – Valentine’s Weekend and 14 March – Mother’s Day) only. The validity period of Black Friday vouchers cannot, under any circumstances, be extended or altered to a different period, unless otherwise advised by Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.
  4. Please note that Black Friday vouchers are not valid on Valentine’s Weekend, 13-14 February or Mother’s Day, 14 March 2021.
  5. Black Friday vouchers can be identified by a BF20 prefix within the individual voucher code e.g BF20-xxxx-xxxxx, and are labelled as 'Black Friday Gifts' in each individual product page.
  6. All Black Friday vouchers are to be redeemed in UK restaurants only.
  7. Vouchers can be ordered by email PDF online, or by post via Royal Mail First Class. Please allow for up to 7 days for delivery – due to the current situation, usual postage delivery times may be affected. 
  8. To redeem a Black Friday voucher, a booking must be made in advance, directly with the restaurant. Contact details can be found here.
  9. Reservations are subject to availability. Please call the restaurant as per the contact details on the website, or alternatively book your table online, providing your voucher code at the time of your booking. Purchase of a Black Friday voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation at the time of your choice.
  10. Black Friday vouchers must be presented (printed or smartphone) by the bearer on arrival at the relevant restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.
  11. Black Friday vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in the UK. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash.
  12. Black Friday vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
  13. Black Friday vouchers purchased for experiences can only be exchanged for the experience detailed on the voucher or for goods and services up to the value of that experience. Items ordered in addition to the experience and 15% discretionary service charges / gratuities are not included in the price of vouchers and are payable on the day.
  14. Black Friday vouchers cannot be exchanged between restaurants.
  15. Black Friday vouchers for cocktail masterclass experiences are only valid with a booking and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking. Please email experiences@gordonramsay.com or call the Gordon Ramsay Experiences Team on 0207 592 7970 to check masterclass availability and confirm your reservation once you have purchased your voucher, quoting your voucher code BF20-xxxx-xxxxx.
  16. Black Friday vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
  17. Experience vouchers, where applicable, include a £2 cover charge. Discretionary service charges apply, as per point 13.
  18. The Black Friday offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other gifts & experiences promotion including corporate gifting (Buy 5, receive 1 complimentary voucher). The corporate gifting offer applies to full price gifts & experiences vouchers only.
  19. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where Black Friday vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
  20. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please refer to the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants FAQ page for voucher queries, including extension policies, in light of recent events.

  1. All Gordon Ramsay Restaurants vouchers are to be redeemed in UK Restaurants only.
  2. All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only. 
  3. All vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 10 month validity period.
  4. All vouchers must be booked in advance.
  5. Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year's Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. Please ask when booking.
  6. Vouchers used on set menus available during promotional periods such as the festive season (November and December) will be subject to a supplement, payable on the day. Please ask when booking.
  7. Vouchers for experiences (set menus, masterclasses etc) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or government incentive. 
  8. Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.

  19. For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants website (www.gordonramsayrestaurants.com) and include monetary vouchers, experience meal vouchers and experience day vouchers.
  20. Experience vouchers do not include drinks, wine pairings, additional dishes or 15% service charge, unless otherwise stated. Additional extras/items will be payable on the day. 

BOOKINGS 

To book your Gordon Ramsay Restaurants voucher or experience, please contact the respective restaurant directly via phone, or make your booking online noting your individual voucher code. Please ensure you bring your voucher with you, printed or via your smartphone, to present to the restaurant teams on the day.

Online bookings can be made here via our website or directly with the restaurant.

If you have a masterclass voucher (e.g cocktail or culinary masterclass experiences), please contact our dedicated Experiences team on 0207 592 7970 to confirm your booking with your voucher code.

REFUND POLICY

Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, please return them to us within seven (7) days of receipt and we will provide a full refund.

To request a refund, please call 0207 592 7954 to report the problem and then post the vouchers to Gordon Ramsay Vouchers, Willoughby House, 439 Richmond Road, Twickenham TW1 2AG.

The refund would be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the postage and packaging.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guest cancellations of meal experiences and monetary voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of that restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee.  Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.

Experience vouchers cancelled by customers less than 4 weeks before a booked experience day shall be forfeited with no right to refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event a booked experience day is cancelled by the company the experience voucher shall remain valid and the company will make every endeavour to rebook the experience day at a mutually convenient time within the next 12 months. Where a booking cannot be re-arranged the experience voucher can be used in exchange for goods and services up to the face value of the voucher at a Gordon Ramsay Restaurant in the UK (subject to voucher expiry and reservation at the restaurant).

The company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation and experience day vouchers that are not rebooked or exchanges for goods and service shall be forfeited.
