Chef Apprentice Programme

We offer passionate, motivated people the incredible opportunity to join our industry leading Chef Apprenticeship Programme in our global restaurant business.

Our 3 year Chef Apprentice Programme is created in partnership with the University of West London to provide certification up to NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery, Patisserie and Confectionery. Our Apprentices are immersed in a vibrant learning environment within our collection of luxury and iconic London restaurants. They learn on-the-job from exceptional chefs within a highly-skilled kitchen brigade whilst working with premium seasonal produce and high quality equipment and tools.
