Atlantis the Palm are seeking the best talent for a Restaurant General Manager in association with the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. You will be a quality driven, passionate and motivated individual with a love for dining and hospitality.

You will form a strong and trusted relationship with the Head Chef and local business partners, and together create a successful business strategy for driving guest loyalty, team retention, revenue and profit. You will be accountable for the effective day to day running of the restaurant, and assume full responsibility for budget management, control of direct and indirect costs whilst adhering to and enforcing the policies and procedures as set out for the Atlantis property as a whole.

We are seeking a true business leader and restauranteur who has the determination to produce results and tackle challenges with  positive and forward thinking approach. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience at GM level in an independent restaurant or group of first-class restaurants and a rich understanding of premium-end service delivery in high volume restaurants. You will lead by example, exercise charm with our guests and demonstrate incredible standards through warm and welcoming service. You will understand what it takes to hire, inspire and lead a team to exceed expectations, and turn guests to loyal regulars.
