Truffle Season is Coming to Bread Street Kitchen

Experience true luxury with a truffle-inspired menu at Bread Street Kitchen, from 1 October. 

Relax as the expert chefs whip up dishes designed to showcase the exquisite flavours of fresh truffle, with classics such as a dry-aged beef burger topped with truffle cheese and a herb & truffle aioli, served with Maker's Mark bourbon sauce, or more innovative dishes such as a Truffle Bianco pizza. Why not top it off with a Truffle Makers Negroni? An alternative twist on the classic gin Negroni, made with a truffle-infused Maker’s Mark bourbon.

Exclusive Truffle Dinner with Maker's Mark

Autumn is here, and with it comes truffle season! We've got a perfect pairing to shake up your taste buds this autumn - truffle & whisky cocktails.

To celebrate truffle season we're partnering with Maker's Mark to host a one-off 'Truffle Makers Dinner' at Bread Street Kitchen on Friday 18 October.

 Join us at 7pm sharp for an incredible three course dinner of Bread Street Kitchen favourites with a luxurious truffle twist, alongside three unique bourbon-based cocktails.

 Kick things off with a Truffle Makers Negroni on arrival (our truffle-y twist on the gin based classic), before sitting down to enjoy a luxurious truffle and mushroom tortelloni to start. For the main course, we'll bring out the BSK signature with Gordon's classic Beef Wellington, served with smooth truffle mash and rich bone marrow sauce and paired with a delicate Maker’s Mark Julep. For dessert, enjoy a take on sweet and savoury with a blackberry and basil set cream with truffle, before rounding off the evening with a beautiful Maker’s Mark Old Fashioned.

 Hosted by Maker’s Mark UK Brand Diplomat and bar expert, Amanda Humphrey, you'll discover all about the fascinating history of the Kentucky-based bourbon, alongside some Maker's Mark wisdom and insight into how whisky pairs with food.
