Replenish your body, try something new, or kick start the year with these Italian vegan dishes available throughout January.
Starters include baby turnips with black cabbage and pickles; celeriac three grain soup with almonds, parsley and truffle; or Hispi cabbage with pumpkin, orange and walnut pesto.
Our special plant-based mains include soft polenta with wild mushrooms, cabbage "ai ferri" with truffle; rigatoni with turnip tops, Taggiasche olives and chilli; or cauliflower with variegated radicchio, hazelnuts and balsamic.
For dessert don’t miss a banana and peanut upside down creamy pie; baked apple with cocoa and cinnamon sorbet; or grape sorbet with vegan meringue and vincotto.
