Gordon Ramsay Restaurants GRR is committed to fostering accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. As part of this commitment, we strive to make our digital properties accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities.
Our goal is to align our digital experiences with applicable accessibility standards, including the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), currently targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable and appropriate for the relevant digital property.
We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our websites and online services and are committed to supporting access for all users. Our efforts are guided by WCAG standards and applicable accessibility laws, including those under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
To support this work, we have partnered with Fanatic, leveraging their assessment tools and specialist support and 7 years of experience. This platform is used to help assess our websites against recognised accessibility best practices. Accessibility remains an ongoing focus as our digital platforms evolve.
We are also working to improve the accessibility of our mobile applications. Where reasonably practicable, we seek to apply relevant WCAG success criteria and accessibility best practices to the design, development, and testing of our mobile apps.
Given the variety of devices, operating systems, and assistive technologies, some accessibility features may function differently across platforms. We continue to review and enhance our mobile applications to improve accessibility over time.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review and prioritise accessibility improvements based on user feedback and risk. While we continue to make improvements, some content, features, or functionality across our websites or mobile applications may not yet be fully accessible. We are committed to addressing accessibility barriers where reasonably practicable and to providing alternative means of access.
