Black Friday vouchers refer to all vouchers purchased at a discount or with a bonus value as part of the Black Friday promotion running from 14 November to 7 December 2025.

All vouchers must be booked in advance. Reservations are subject to availability – please check the validity of your voucher before making a booking online. When completing your reservation, add the unique voucher reference in the special notes section.

Black Friday vouchers are valid for redemption until 31 March 2026. Vouchers not used by this date will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund, exchange, or extension.

Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays, including Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, or promotional dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Easter Weekend.

Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival, either as a printed copy or displayed on a smartphone.

Menu prices, masterclasses, and experience rates are subject to seasonal change. If the price of the menu or experience differs from the original purchase price at the time of redemption, the monetary equivalent of the amount paid will be applied toward the final bill.

Black Friday vouchers may be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in the UK. Purchases made are not refundable in cash, and the full monetary value must be used before the expiry date.

Experience vouchers purchased during the Black Friday promotion can be exchanged for goods and services up to the value of the experience purchased.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or government incentive.

For experiences requiring a deposit, the deposit will either be refunded on the day or offset against the final bill.

All Gordon Ramsay Restaurants vouchers are redeemable in the UK only, excluding Gordon Ramsay Burger at Harrods.

Postage is available to UK addresses only. Please allow up to 7 days for Royal Mail First Class delivery.

Where applicable, vouchers include a cover charge. Any additional items ordered beyond the experience – such as drinks or sides – are not included and are payable on the day. A 15% discretionary service charge will be applied to your meal or experience.

Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed, or stolen.

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.All Vouchers purchased from us are issued solely for personal use by You or the intended recipient. Vouchers may not be sold, resold, transferred for commercial gain, or made available for auction or promotional purposes (including without limitation through any third-party or unrelated auction houses, ticketing platforms, or resale websites). Any Voucher found to have been resold or used in breach of this clause may be cancelled without refund, and the holder may be refused service.
