BEEF WELLINGTON CHEF'S MASTERCLASS
Hone your cookery skills and learn how to create a classic British dish with our Beef Wellington Masterclass at Heddon Street Kitchen.
Don your HSK apron and learn how to create this delicious showstopper, crafted with the finest beef fillet and seasonal produce, in our five-hour experience including masterclass and meal to follow.
Starting at 11am, guests are first welcomed to the team and head chef before beginning to prep their ingredients. Next you will prepare the duxelle, seal the beef, flip crepes and roll the wellington, before scoring and cooking your final creation.
Once in the oven, relax within Heddon Street Kitchen's dining area, where you can enjoy a selection of sharing starters and glass of bubbles before your finished Beef Wellingtons are presented and carved at the table with a selection of sides. Finish your experience with a signature dessert, whilst you’re given a masterclass certificate to take home with you.
The Heddon Street Kitchen Beef Wellington Masterclass and 3-course lunch is priced at £140 per person, available to book on selected Saturdays and Sundays.
