Keep it classic with a Still T.O.N.I.C., poured long over elderflower tonic with fresh lime, or go off-script with West Coast Wildflowers: cucumber, mint, and elderflower, served in a chilled coupe with edible flowers.
The Boss Margarita brings Cointreau and agave to the party, while the Hugo Sprizzle tops things up with St Germain and prosecco.
Pair your pour with lollipop tamarind chicken wings and BBQ pulled pork belly tacos, or go for sesame prawn toast and padrón peppers with black garlic aioli – succulent small bites made to keep the conversation, and the cocktails, flowing.
