Christmas Day begins with Château Palmer, La Réserve, and canapés, followed by a festive feast of slow-roasted turkey with pigs in blankets, Beef Wellington or halibut with cauliflower velouté. Finish with Christmas pudding and brandy custard or Black Forest Basque cheesecake, with the full menu at £165 per person.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill with a menu made for going big, from garlic and chilli prawns and A5 Kagoshima wagyu to a 35oz Galician Blond T-bone for sharing and dry-aged tomahawk steak.
