On 13 May, just 18 guests will be welcomed for an intimate evening of fine dining and remarkable wines, hosted by Alejandra Chadwick.

The dinner centres around a tasting of Viñedo Chadwick and Seña – two wines born from a shared heritage yet shaped by distinct philosophies and terroirs. A moment to explore their craftsmanship, character and sense of place.

The evening will commence with Errazuriz Blanc de Blancs NV, followed by a five-course bespoke menu designed by James Sharp, our Michelin-starred Executive Chef, to complement the outstanding wines being tasted. Throughout, Alejandra will share personal insight into the family’s wine-making philosophy, the origins of the vineyards, and the global journey that brought the wines to prominence.

Highlighted vintages include the outstanding 2010 harvest, widely regarded as one of Chile’s finest years, alongside later releases charting the evolution of both Viñedo Chadwick and Seña blends. A Seña 2020 will be poured from an extraordinary 6-litre bottle – a unique format that transforms the act of service into part of the experience.

Guests will take home a signed commemorative book recalling Eduardo’s historic Berlin tasting, offering a lasting memento of a pivotal moment in modern wine history.

About Viñedo Chadwick

Alejandra Chadwick's father, Eduardo Chadwick, is widely recognised as the figure who helped establish Chile amongst the world’s great wine-producing countries. He was awarded 2018’s “Decanter Man of the Year”, the first Chilean ever to receive this coveted accolade, and is the founder of Viñedos Familia Chadwick.

Seña was established in 1995 as a joint venture with Eduardo Chadwick and the renowned wine visionary Robert Mondavi. Named Seña – meaning a sign or signal – the wine was conceived as a declaration to the world that Chile could produce wines of true international stature and stand among the world’s great cuvées.

Viñedo Chadwick’s story is deeply rooted in the family estate. The vineyard was once the polo field at the family’s home, purchased in 1945 by Eduardo Chadwick’s father, Don Alfonso Chadwick, a passionate polo player who captained the Chilean national team for many years. In 1992, Eduardo convinced his father to replant the field with carefully selected clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, laying the foundation for what would become one of Chile’s most celebrated single-vineyard wines.
