For £35 per person, enjoy five exceptional cheeses from a rotating collection of twelve curated British and European varieties, each served tableside from the signature walnut trolley. In partnership with London’s renowned cheesemonger La Fromagerie, each tasting showcases the best of cheesemaking – delicately ripened soft cheeses to bold, beautifully aged classics.
Each cheese is served at its seasonal best, complemented by house-made fig and apple preserves, sweet honey, and thoughtful garnishes created by Executive Head Chef James Sharp.
