Guest Conduct Policy

To preserve this experience, we ask that all guests conduct themselves with consideration for those around them, and with respect for our teams, our spaces, and the standards to which we hold ourselves. These principles are central to how we operate and are essential in ensuring that every visit reflects the level of excellence our restaurants are known for.

 

This policy outlines the expectations that enable us to uphold these standards. By joining us, you become part of that shared commitment.

 

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and discreet environment. This policy sets out the standards of behaviour expected of all guests, visitors and third parties to ensure a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone.

 

 

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat our team and other guests with courtesy and respect
  • Cooperate with our team and respect their guidance
  • Consume alcohol in a responsible manner and in line with our service standards
  • Respect the privacy and personal space of others at all times. To maintain a discreet environment, guests must not approach, engage with, film or photograph other guests or our team
  • Conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the experience of others and respects our property and facilities

 

 

We do not tolerate:

  • Abuse, harassment (including sexual harassment), discrimination or threatening behaviour
  • Bullying, intimidation or unwanted physical contact
  • Excessive intoxication or use of illegal substances
  • Damage, theft or misuse of property
  • Any conduct that risks safety or the experience of others, including unwanted attention or persistent engagement after refusal
  • Unauthorised filming, recording, photography or commercial activity

 

 

 

Our Team

We operate a zero‑tolerance approach to inappropriate behaviour towards our team and other Guests. Professional boundaries must be respected at all times.

 

 

Safety and Enforcement

Guests must comply with safety procedures and our team’s directions. Any concerns should be raised with a member of our team so they can be addressed promptly.

Where this policy is breached, we may take immediate action, including refusing service, asking guests to leave, restricting future visits, or involving security or law enforcement.

 

 

General

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service where necessary. Inappropriate conduct, including via online or social media channels, may result in refusal of future service. Guests remain responsible for those in their care, and CCTV and other security measures may be in operation.
