Hone your Michelin starred cuisine skills with a Masterclass at Gordon Ramsay’s Knightsbridge restaurant, Pétrus.
Running on the first Sunday of each month, Head Chef Larry Jayasekara will host a three-hour “Pétrus Masterclass” for up to eight people in the heart of the restaurant.
Each session will focus on the Gordon Ramsay stalwart, our famous Beef Wellington.
Starting at 9am, guests will don their chef whites and learn techniques and tips from inside the world-class Pétrus kitchen. At 12.30, it’s time to down utensils and swap the kitchen for the table, as you sit down for a stunning 3-course lunch with paired wines, prepared by the Head Chef and his Pétrus team.
Not only will you take away your Michelin experience following the Masterclass and lunch, but we’ll also give you a Pétrus goodie bag complete with recipes from the day.
Whether you consider yourself a seasoned cook or a culinary beginner, this is an amazing opportunity to experience the excitement and heat of a Michelin starred kitchen first hand. Step up to the pass and fire up the stoves where some of the world’s finest chefs have earned their stars.
The 3-hour Pétrus Masterclass and 3-course lunch with paired wines is priced at £275 per person. If you’d like to bring a guest along for lunch, a dining-only option is available for an additional £150 per person.
