Created especially for the anniversary competition, our three-course menu arrives with a bottle of Palmer & Co. ‘La Réserve’ Brut Champagne for the table. Begin with creamy Puglian burrata, pickled cherries, and black garlic, or yellowfin tuna carpaccio, bright with ponzu and lemongrass. Move on to roasted halibut with Highland girolles, or a golden salmon Wellington made for two.
