maze Grill Park Walk interior

With three separate locations spanning from the heart of Mayfair to Chelsea’s Park Walk and Royal Hospital Road, maze Grill’s trio of all-day restaurants are your ultimate destinations for high-end sushi and rare breed steaks in London.

Vibe

The large dining rooms at maze Grill are informal yet elegant. The decor has uniformity between the three venues; think mocha floors, honeyed lighting and hardwood seating upholstered in avocado or cherry leather. Natural light pours in through a row of large windows at maze Grill Mayfair, giving it a fresh, airy feel, whilst the exposed bricks of the Chelsea restaurants exude homely charm.

Food

maze Grill keeps things simple with a varied yet proudly uncomplicated menu. A New York-style steak house meat cabinet can be seen through the open kitchen in Mayfair, where you can preview the best cuts before having them prepared on the Josper grill, alongside fish and poultry.

Sushi fans can meanwhile try spicy tuna tartar and a selection of yellowtail, salmon, and tuna sashimi served on crushed ice. Desserts are an altogether more British affair, with the Monkey Bread reigning as a staple favourite.

Signature Dish

Look no further than the crab sliders or the salt and Szechuan-pepper squid. But of course it’s the delicious steaks imported from the Lake District, Scotland and Japan - the latter cooked in sake and lime - that are amongst the finest cuts of rare breed meat you’ll find in the capital.

Budget

Average spend can vary depending on whether you order one of maze Grill’s premium steaks, but a sitting can come to between £30 and £60 per person.
