- Add the milk, honey and crème fraîche to a bowl and mix together until smooth.
- Add most of the blue cheese (reserving some to serve), Worcestershire sauce and chives and beat or mash together until combined – alternative you can blitz the mixture in a food processor for a completely smooth texture.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the reserve crumbled cheese. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 day.
Tips: Serve with lots of crunchy veg crudités and crisp crackers for dipping.
