Christmas Bread and Butter Pudding

  1. Pre heat oven to 200°C.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk and sugar.
  3. Slice Christmas pudding 1 inch thick and butter on one side using unsalted butter.
  4. Arrange cold Christmas pudding in an oven-proof dish.
  5. Pour over the egg custard mix.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until egg custard mix is completely set.
  7. Sprinkle over dried fruit. 
  8. Serve and enjoy!
