Method

1. Make the espresso and allow to cool completely
2. Add ice to a cocktail shaker
3. Pour all of the ingredients over the ice and close the shaker
4. Shake vigorously - the more you shake the more foamy the top of the cocktail will be 
5. Strain into a coupette glass
6. Enjoy!
